وَهُوَ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ إِلَهٌ وَفِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَهٌ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ

It is He Who is God in the heaven and God on earth, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Knowing.
