إِنَّ أَخْوَفَ مَا أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمُ الشِّرْكُ الْأَصْغَرُ» قَالُوا: وَمَا الشِّرْكُ الْأَصْغَرُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «الرِّيَاءُ

The thing that I fear most for you is minor Shirk (polytheism).' They said: 'What is minor Shirk, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'It is Riyā’

مانهيتكم عنه فاجتنبوه، وما أمرتكم به فأْتُوا منه ما استطعتم، فإنما أَهلَكَ الذين من قبلكم كثرةُ مسائلهم واختلافهم على أنبيائهم

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was the best of people in terms of morals

اللَّهُمَّ مَنْ وَلِيَ مِنْ أَمْرِ أُمَّتِي شَيْئًا فَشَقَّ عَلَيْهِمْ فَاشْقُقْ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَنْ وَلِيَ مِنْ أَمْرِ أُمَّتِي شَيْئًا فَرَفَقَ بِهِمْ فَارْفُقْ بِهِ

Indeed, the Prophet's character was the Qur’an

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ خُلُقًا

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was more bashful than a virgin in her boudoir. Whenever he saw something he disliked, we could perceive that on his face

فَإِنَّ خُلُقَ نَبِيِّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ الْقُرْآنَ

The speech of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was clearly articulated that anyone who listened to him could understand it

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعْجِبُهُ التَّيَمُّنُ، فِي تَنَعُّلِهِ، وَتَرَجُّلِهِ، وَطُهُورِهِ، وَفِي شَأْنِهِ كُلِّهِ

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was the most generous of people, and he used to be more generous than ever in Ramadan when Gabriel (Jibrīl) would meet him

مَا رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُسْتَجْمِعًا قَطُّ ضَاحِكًا، حَتَّى أَرَى مِنْهُ لَهَوَاتِهِ، إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَتَبَسَّمُ

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was never asked anything and said 'no'

حَفِظْتُ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَشْرَ رَكَعَاتٍ

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) bought a camel from him, and he weighed out (the price) and paid him more than his due

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يَشُوصُ فَاهُ بِالسِّوَاكِ

I saw the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) wearing two green garments

أَلاَ أُحَدِّثُكُمْ حَدِيثًا عَنِ الدَّجَّالِ، مَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ نَبِيٌّ قَوْمَهُ؟ إِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ، وَإِنَّهُ يَجِيءُ مَعَهُ بِمِثَالِ الجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ،

Whoever does not show mercy will not be shown mercy

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ، فُتِحَ اليَوْمَ مِنْ رَدْمِ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ مِثْلُ هَذِهِ

I used to pray with the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and his prayer was moderate in length and his sermon was moderate in length

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَشَدَّ حَيَاءً مِنَ العَذْرَاءِ فِي خِدْرِهَا، فَإِذَا رَأَى شَيْئًا يَكْرَهُهُ عَرَفْنَاهُ فِي وَجْهِهِ

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) never struck anything with his hand, neither a woman nor a servant, except when he was fighting in the cause of Allah

اعبدوا الله وحده لا تشركوا به شيئا، واتركوا ما يقول آباؤكم، ويأمرنا بالصلاة، والصدق

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) did not take a second wife until Khadījah died

أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان في سفر، فصلى العشاء الآخِرَةَ، فقرأ في إحدى الركعتين بِالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُون فما سمعت أحدًا أحسن صوتًا أو قراءة منه

O Allah, forgive me, bestow Your mercy on me, and join me with the exalted companions
